This week was a whirlwind of learning and exploration in our classroom, and I’m excited to share some highlights with you.
We dove into the fascinating world of verb tenses, focusing on how to express our thoughts about the future. It was enlightening to see how the nuances of language can shape our communication, and it sparked some lively discussions among the students.
In addition to our grammar lessons, we spent a significant amount of time enjoying library time, where we had the chance to hone our reading skills. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as students explored different books, each page turning into a new adventure. We advanced through the Jolly Phonics reading program, which has been instrumental in helping us grasp the fundamentals of reading. It’s incredible to witness the progress each student makes as they become more confident readers
To wrap up a week filled with intellectual pursuits, we had a fantastic physical education session. The focus was on improving our balance and running speed – two skills that are not only important for sports but also for overall physical health. The laughter and energy at the park was contagious, and it was heartwarming to see the students encouraging one another as they challenged themselves to improve
As we continue our journey of learning, it’s essential to embrace both the academic and physical aspects of education.
Each week brings new opportunities to grow, and I can’t wait to see what the next one holds
