Hello! How was everybody’s Golden Week vacation? I hope you all had a wonderful time making memories with your families.
This week, after our little break, some of the kids came back feeling a bit tired—but even so, they gave their best during our lessons! We began learning about transportation and body parts, specifically focusing on the face. To our surprise, the children showed even more excitement about the body parts lesson than transportation. WOW!
We created a fun mini play using vocabulary like “face” and phrases such as “wash your face” or “cheeks,” paired with actions like “chubby chubby cheeks.” Everyone had such a great time acting and playing along.
In the afternoons, after story time, we made the most of the nice weather by heading outside—either to the shrine or the park—to enjoy some playtime in the fresh air.
